    SIZING
Each collar is MADE TO ORDER, so this means we can create a CUSTOM collar just for your dog! No need to worry about sizing and fit. Simply follow the measuring instructions below, and we will make a collar based on your dog's measurements plus extra holes in both directions for just in case.

HOW TO MEASURE A DOG COLLAR:
To determine the collar size that is correct for your dog, measure the circumference of your dog’s neck, with two of your fingers just under the measuring tape. When you check out, ADD A NOTE with your dog's measurements, and your collar will be made based on the measurement provided.

    CARE & CONSIDERATIONS
    - Leather is a natural material and can display natural marking and color variations. Over time, it will soften with the oils from your dog's coat, developing a natural patina. Clean and recondition with leather dressing on a bi-annual basis, and it will last many years. Avoid getting it saturated with water as this can cause the leather to become brittle. For dogs that love to swim, we recommend using a secondary, nylon collar for water-based outings. If the collar does get wet, allow it to dry naturally and then recondition with a good quality leather dressing.
    - Brass may naturally dull and tarnish over time. Polish your hardware with the juice of half a lemon mixed with 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
    - If your dog is extremely tough on collars (e.g. excessive pulling behavior), it's recommended for extra security, to use a specialty collar when attached to a leash.
